Wooden fountain pens: nature and uniqueness

The natural wood used for these bodies varies: walnut, cherry, ebony, mahogany and certified exotic woods. Each species has a different weight, texture and colour. Lathe turning requires skill and precision.

Italian craftsmanship is often at the forefront of this segment. The pens come with the same steel or gold nibs found on classic models. Filling is via standard cartridges or converters.

Wood requires minimal but specific care. Avoid prolonged immersion in water and apply natural oil every few months. Over time the grain deepens and the surface develops a personal patina.
