How it works

From the very first order, a 10% deposit of the amount paid for the product (excluding shipping costs or additional services) is accrued on each purchase.

This balance can be used to purchase any other product on our site— even items already discounted . If the balance is less than the product's value, you'll only pay the difference.

There is no minimum order.

Practical example

Today you buy a pen for 230 euros + 7 euros shipping.
Your accumulated Fidelity Discount is 23 euros .

In six months you decide to buy a 150 euro pen.
You will pay only 127 euros (150 - 23), immediately saving the accumulated credit.
This new purchase will also generate a new Fidelity Discount for the next one, and so on.
