Cross was the first American manufacturer of quality writing instruments. Since Richard Cross made his first Cross product in 1846, the writing instrument category has been reinvented, combining ingenious design with quality craftsmanship.
But not everything has changed since 1846. Headquarters are still located in Providence, Rhode Island. Cross is proud to be part of the community it helped build.
