The nib
The hyper-flexible 14K white gold nib is characterized by extraordinary ductility and excellent memory. It is suitable for everyday use, contoured on the sides for greater flexibility.
However, it is not a calligraphy nib, which has different characteristics; its strength is the pleasure of writing, because it allows a fluid stroke without any pressure, as if the pen were an extension of the hand.
Magnetic closure
The Pineider Arco pen - like the other La Grande Bellezza pens - features a special magnetic closure that holds the cap in place both when the pen is closed and open (at the back). A special Pineider patent for polarizing the magnets allows for a soft opening and secure closing.
