The Aliante Slim collection is a tribute to the strength and elegance of the Italian Air Force, one of the excellences of the Italian Armed Forces.

Fountain pen, rollerball, and ballpoint pen made with precious Italian blue resin with azure veins, mother-of-pearl, masterfully crafted from solid bar to ensure superior quality and a unique appearance.

The clip is made of 925 sterling silver, with a bronze eagle, symbol of the Air Force, set on it. The central band is made of silver-plated metal.

The central band features the emblem of the Italian Air Force, the emblem of the Italian Republic, and the Marlen logo.
The pens' aerodynamic design recalls the clean, agile lines of aircraft, embodying the power and tenacity of military aviation.

The coat of arms

The emblem of the Italian Air Force, surmounted by an eagle with a turreted crown, symbol of military pilots, encloses the insignia of four squadrons that, during the First World War, distinguished themselves for skill, courage and heroism.
The winged horse with a torch is the insignia of the X Farman Squadron (1913);
the rampant griffin is from the 91st Fighter Squadron;
the four-leaf clover is the 10th Caproni Squadron;
the lion of St. Mark is from the 87th Airplane Squadron.
The scroll at the bottom bears the motto "Virtute Siderum Tenus" (=with valor to the stars) which summarizes the courage, skill and sacrifice of all Italian airmen.

The eagle with a bronze turreted crown is set into the clip.
