Kaweco Nib #5

Kaweco nib features

The nib is made of rhodium-plated steel, size 5, with a feed. It is a complete nib unit, already ready to be screwed onto the pen body, without the need for tools. It is available in Fine and Medium tips.

The rhodium plating is not just aesthetic: it makes the nib more resistant to corrosion over time. The included feed regulates the ink flow to the tip, ensuring smooth writing from the very first use, without the need for adjustments.

It is the original replacement designed for Kaweco Sport pens (in all its variants: Classic, AL, Frosted, Skyline, Lunar) and for the Kaweco Student. It is useful both to replace a damaged nib and to have a different tip available from the one supplied.

Being a complete unit, replacement requires no tools or technical skills. Simply unscrew the old nib and screw on the new one, carefully aligning it with the pen body seat.
