Upon expiration, the status is re-verified: if the customer has maintained a purchase volume of €1,000 or more over the last twelve months, the status is reconfirmed for another year.

Unregistered visitors can open the Fidelity Program window to view the Fidelity Discount accumulation rules and GOLD status benefits, but they will not see personalized data.

The only time this is possible is when a customer—who recently became Gold—purchases a product at the Gold price and still has an unused Fidelity discount. In this case, the discounts are, of course, cumulative.

Will an unused Fidelity Discount be lost?

Any unused Fidelity Discount within one year of its accrual date will be forfeited. Any accumulated amount expires twelve months from the date of the purchase that generated it.

When does the GOLD discount activate after reaching €1000?

GOLD status and the 10% discount are activated from the date of the order with which you reach or exceed €1,000. Subsequent purchases will immediately benefit from the discounted price displayed in the catalog.
