HOW TO MAKE...

If the pen doesn't write anymore, you can:

• to flush the pen using fresh water
• to fill the pen with new ink
• to start the ink flow writing by the pen.

And then, here are our advice:

PROBLEM	CAUSE	SOLUTION
The pen does not refill	Filling has not been performed correctly:	Follow filling instructions.
	Defective reservoir:	Replace with a new reservoir
	Obstruction due to foreign bodies:	Replace with a new reservoir
It is difficult to start writing	The pen has been left uncapped for a long time:	Flush the pen with ink
	The nib is damaged:	Replace the nib
	Nib or filler obstructed:	Cleanse the pen.
The pen does not write or its ink flow is irregular	There is not enough ink:	Refill the pen
	Converter or cartridge have not been placed correctly:	Position them correctly
The ink flow is too abundant	Writing is too heavy:	Replace the nib with a thinner one
	The reservoir is nearly empty:	Refill the pen
	Tips are too spaced:	Have your pen examined and possibly repaired
	The nib is damaged:	Replace the nib
	Filler too loose or deviated:	Have your pen examined and possibly repaired
	Converter/cartridge is broken:	Replace it
	Leaks behind the shell:	Replace or seal defective parts
The ink flow is excessive, the pen leaks or seeps	The reservoir is nearly empty:	Refill the pen
	Converter or cartridge are loose:	Reposition them correctly
	Internal parts are damaged or dirty:	Clean or repair when needed
	External parts are damaged:	Clean or repair when needed
	Ineffective joint sealings:	Repair and reseal when needed
	Cartridge or converter joint is broken	Replace cartridge or converter
The nib scratches	Nib damaged	Replace nib
	Nib laterally deviated	Replace nib or reposition it
	Nib is too flexible	Replace nib
The cap does not close properly	Cap damaged or broken	Replace cap
	Spring damaged or useless	Replace spring and internal cap
	Cap damaged inside	Replace cap
The sheath is too loose	Sheath damaged or broken	Replace sheath
	Thread worn or damaged	Replace internal sheath
	Internal sheath too loose	Add adhesive
	Connector thread damaged	Replace connector
Clip ineffective	Clip is broken or damaged	Replace clip
	Clip is loose	Reassemble the cap with new adhesive
	Clip too loose	Replace the clip
